Boston Creative is a purpose-led design studio based in London with a mission to prove that creativity flourishes when people do too. Founded in 1993 as Boston Graphics and evolving into Boston Creative in 2015, we’ve grown from a traditional graphic design agency into a modern creative studio that embraces innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Our work combines creativity with purpose, helping brands tell meaningful stories through design, branding, and digital content. As the design industry undergoes rapid disruption, we see opportunity in blending human creativity with emerging technologies like AI to deliver smarter, more impactful results. Slide Graphic Designer Sarah With years of experience in graphic design and a long-standing role at Boston Creative, I bring a keen eye for detail, a flair for creativity, and a passion for colour to every project.

Having started out in the days of Quark, I’ve remained versatile by following trends, and embracing new tools, but print and layout design remain favourites. I love the thrill of possibility when starting a new project, getting immersed in the research and planning, building grids and comprehensive style sheets.

Outside of work, I’m a fan of comedy, cycling, reading, and am happiest after an early morning, late summer dip at Hampstead Ladies Pond. Elena Since moving to London, I’ve thrown myself into the world of creativity, turning a love of storytelling and design into a career that excites me every day.

What I love most is the variety and challenge of each project, whether it’s building sleek digital campaigns, crafting bold print layouts, or experimenting with animation.

And when it comes to team bonding, I’m always up for something fun, messy, and imaginative, because the best ideas often come when we play. Graphic Designer Director Urvashi With more than 20 years in the design industry, I’ve built my career at Boston Creative-joining in 2003, becoming a partner in 2022, and now majority shareholder. Over that time, I’ve led projects from concept to delivery across a wide range of sectors, combining creative direction with hands-on design and long-term client relationship building.

What drives me is the challenge and variety this role brings every day, and the opportunity to shape a studio that balances innovation with inclusivity proving that when people thrive, creativity flourishes.
